The “Earn While You Learn” Pathway
If you’re a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) who takes pride in your work, you’ll find more than a job here, you’ll find a professional home.
We’re always looking for passionate professionals to fill a variety of senior care positions, including:
Phase 1: Apprenticeship
- Focus: Nurse-led clinical rotations and one-on-one mentorship with a Clinical Nurse Instructor.
- Pay: $13.95/hour.
Phase 2: Certification
- Focus: $0-cost state-funded specialized certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and VA Compliance.

Pay: Paid training time.
Phase 3: Career Launch
- Focus: Guaranteed promotion to Senior Caregiver after graduation and passing state boards.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/hour.
